What I collect. Just what you give me: your name, phone number, email, and what you're looking for in a rental (budget, areas, bedrooms, move date).

 

How I use it. To text, email, or call you with rental options and help you through your housing search. That's it. No spam, no newsletters you didn't ask for.

 

Who I share it with. I may share your info with rental properties or landlords only as needed to help your search — for example, registering you as my client before a tour. I never sell your information to anyone.

 

Facebook/Instagram lead ads. If you submit your info through a Facebook or Instagram form, Meta shares your responses with me and also handles that data under its own Data Policy.

 

Texting. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text from me and I'll stop.

 

Your info, your call. Want to see what I have or have it deleted? Just ask.
